Facilities
Weekend field use/tournaments must be reserved in person at the Recreation Department. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-5 pm.
Note:
* Field rentals are only for the designated times you requested. This time must include any set-up and clean-up periods. If you require certain field preparations such as specific base lengths, mounds, lines, etc. you MUST notify our office at least 24 hours in advance of your use. A field prep charge will be added for lines. If you requested and paid for ball field lights, those will be on for your rental hours only if the reservation has been made before 4:30 pm the day of your rental. They cannot be turned on after our office closes.
* Facilities must be left in the condition they are found. Deposit all trash in the receptacles located around the field.
* Pets are NOT allowed on the field at any time. All pets must be on leashes, attended to at all times and may not be tied up. No aggressive dogs permitted.
* REFUNDS: Rental date does not count in the notice period. For example: A rental on the 20th must be cancelled on or before the 6th in order to receive a refund based on the "14+ day notice".
14+ day notice = Rental Fee - (minus) $25 (processing fee)
7-13 day notice = 25% of Rental Fee
6 days or less notice = No refund of Rental Fee.
* In the case of inclement weather, renter may reschedule or will receive a full refund.
* REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN BY CHECK ONLY
