Note:

REFUNDS: Rental date does not count in the notice period. For example: A rental on the 20th must be cancelled on or before the 6th in order to receive a refund based on the "14+ day notice".

14+ day notice = Rental Fee - (minus) $25 (processing fee) + deposit
7-13 day notice = 25% of Rental Fee + deposit
6 days or less notice = No refund of Rental Fee. Deposit will be refunded.
If the rental fee is not paid at time of cancellation, deposit will be used to cover cancellation policy fee.

In order to receive a refund of the deposit, facilities must be left in the condition they are found. Deposit all trash in the trash cans located near the shelter.

Refund checks will be mailed to the address on the rental reservation. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Rentals may not have more than 50 people per Executive Order 163, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Please do not move picnic tables off concrete pad.

All charcoal grills must be used at least 6 feet away from the structure. Do not place grill on picnic tables.

Lake Devin Fishing Permit and NC Fishing License are required to fish in the Lake.

All pets must be on a leash, attended to at all times and may not be tied up. No aggressive dogs are permitted.

Alcohol is not permitted at this site. If alcohol is found present during the rental, rental will be cancelled immediately and all Rental Fees and Deposit will be forfeited.
